As the Founding Software Engineer, Skylar plays a critical role in architecting, implementing, and maintaining Black Bear’s internal software tooling. Her previous experience includes building software focused on business intelligence and residential solar installations. Skylar received her Master’s in Computer Science from Columbia University. Outside of work, she enjoys all kinds of crafting, volunteering for environmental and social causes, and ballroom dancing.
