Team Member

Scott is responsible for the management, development, and construction of projects for Black Bear Energy.  Prior to joining Black Bear Scott worked as a Vice President of Pre-Construction and Procurement, working with clients and developers in the early stages of projects to help mitigate risks and provide a smooth transition from development to construction. Working on a variety of projects including ground-mounts, carports, and roof top projects in both the public and private sector has given Scott a broad understanding of what it takes to bring a project from the award phase through development, site planning, permitting and construction, to final completion. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts.
