Ken Bradtke is Senior Vice President of Renewable Transactions for Black Bear Energy. Ken joined Black Bear in 2019 and leads the Transactions team whose work includes assisting clients in negotiating various renewable energy contracts (including leases, energy storage contracts, power purchase agreements, design-build agreements, and operations & maintenance agreements). Ken’s team has facilitated the negotiation and execution of over 800 MW of solar and/or energy storage contracts helping to further our client’s on-site renewables goals.

Prior to his tenure at Black Bear, Ken served as Director of Operations and legal counsel for a Boulder-based communications infrastructure company where he oversaw project development, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Los Angeles and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is based in Denver, CO.
