Hannah offers ongoing legal support to Black Bear Energy’s clients’ renewable energy transactions. She provides strategic insight into the market standard for solar contracts to enable more efficient negotiations.

Prior to joining Black Bear Energy, Hannah was Compliance Counsel for the Urban Redevelopment Authority of the City of Pittsburgh where she oversaw financial and labor compliance, residential lending, and small business development. Hannah has over seven years of practical legal experience in regulatory compliance, intergovernmental cooperation, and complex real estate transactions.

Double majoring in Sociology and Communication Rhetoric and minoring in Creative Nonfiction Writing, Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Hannah is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and walking her dog, Tucker, at the beach. She is currently based in New Jersey.
