As the head of Business Development Aaron is responsible for new customer engagement and partnership development. Before Black Bear, Aaron spent six years at SolarCity/ Tesla where he led commercial and industrial sales development efforts and developed solar projects for California public sector clients. Aaron earned a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati where he was a FIPSE grant recipient and a BS in Political Science from Santa Clara University with an emphasis on environmental studies and economics.
