Tegan works on client relationships at Black Bear, collaborating closely with clients and channel partners to ensure a successful outcome. Prior to joining Black Bear, Tegan was an Intern at the Rocky Mountain Institute, where she supported their Sunshine for Mines team by developing a feasibility tool used to assess the economic viability of implementing renewable energy across a wide portfolio of mining sites. She also has several years experience leading sales and operations teams at various energy start-ups located in Washington DC where she excelled at entering new markets, managing client-developer relationships, and tackling unforeseen challenges in the ever-changing disruptive energy space. Tegan has a Bachelors of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown’s Walsh School, where she majored in Science, Technology and International Affairs.
